🧾 Key Responsibilities

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting transactions, data entry, and record maintenance

• Handle GST filings, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Maintain accounts payable and receivable, and perform bank reconciliations

• Process invoices, payroll, PF/ESI, and financial documentation

• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports

• Coordinate with auditors and ensure accurate bookkeeping

Production Planning Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day production planning and scheduling

• Track raw material usage and manage inventory levels

• Coordinate between production, stores, and dispatch teams

• Maintain production records and ensure workflow efficiency

• Monitor job orders and ensure on-time delivery and quality targets

• Prepare daily and weekly production reports for management review

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and/or production support roles

• Strong command of Tally ERP, Excel, and inventory/production tracking

• Familiarity with GST, TDS, ESI/PF, and statutory processes

• Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks across finance and operations

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
