Job Title: Account Executive
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 30k to 40k + Bonus

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Journal Entry and Data Entry
• Banking Transaction
• Preparing cashbook, sales book and debtors report on the regular basis.
• Monitor cash-flow of the organization by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments
• Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions
• Preparing financial reports and evaluating them to optimize resources
• Preparing balance sheet, invoices etc.
• Making maximum efforts to recover the amounts from the debtors and providing a conclusive
and precise report to the management on the debtor’s follow up.
• Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and
payments, etc.
• Monitor the economic and financial changes.
• Assist in financial audits
• Performing regular financial analysis; resolving issues
• Any other task as may be deemed fit by the management for this role.

Qualifications:
• 12th - Bachelor's degree or related field
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Training:
Unpaid 30-45 days training in Jaipur corporate office
