We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the end-to-end accounting operations at our manufacturing plant. The role involves handling daily dispatch entries, generating e-way bills, maintaining plant-related records, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping and compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Plant-Level Responsibilities:

• Record daily dispatch entries and maintain accurate sales and stock movement logs

• Generate and manage e-way bills for all outward and inward goods in compliance with GST regulations

• Coordinate with the logistics, production, and stores departments to ensure accuracy of dispatch and stock records

• Monitor and reconcile raw material consumption and finished goods

• Maintain records for stock transfers between units or warehouses

Accounting & Compliance:

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledgers

• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely closure of accounts

• Assist with GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure accuracy of tax entries

• Manage TDS deductions, deposits, and filing of TDS returns

• Maintain and reconcile plant petty cash and expense records

• Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of MIS reports

• Support internal and statutory audit requirements by ensuring proper documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com)

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing plant environment

• Proficient in Tally ERP, Excel, and e-way bill portal operations

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic financial compliance

• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end plant accounting

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

• Exposure to inventory accounting or costing principles

• Familiarity with factory compliance or audit processes
