Role Description
The Assistant Account Executive plays a vital support role within the accounts or finance department, ensuring the smooth, accurate, and timely handling of financial transactions and documentation. Their responsibilities typically include maintaining and updating financial records, preparing invoices and bills for clients or vendors, and processing payments and receipts. They help verify financial data, reconcile accounts, and ensure that all entries comply with company policies and accounting standards.

Required:
Bachelor’s degree in B.Com
1–2 years of experience in accounts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy
Detail-oriented with a proactive and process-driven approach
Preferred:
Prior experience in the Facility Management industry
Working knowledge of Tally, MS Office, and accounting tools
Understanding of GST compliance standards
