Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong MS-Office knowledge, and hands-on experience with Excel and basic accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling billing, vouchers, and day-to-day accounting entries
Managing and maintaining inventory records
Performing bank reconciliation and ensuring accuracy
Supporting daily office accounting operations
Preparing and maintaining financial documents and reports
Assisting in audits and compliance-related tasks
Coordinating with internal teams for accounting-related updates
Required Skills:
Good communication skills
Strong knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Ability to operate accounting and office software
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Desired Candidate Profile:
1–2 years of accounting experience
Ability to handle basic accounts independently
