Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and preparation of vouchers and petty cash records.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and files.

• Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.

• Perform bank reconciliations and other related accounting duties.

• Handle office administration tasks including procurement of supplies, filing documents, and coordinating with vendors.

• Maintain office records and files (both digital and physical).

• Support the accounting team with ad hoc requests and daily operations.

• Coordinate with staff, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years in an accounting or administrative role.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to multitask.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
