Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and preparation of vouchers and petty cash records.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and files.
Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
Perform bank reconciliations and other related accounting duties.
Handle office administration tasks including procurement of supplies, filing documents, and coordinating with vendors.
Maintain office records and files (both digital and physical).
Support the accounting team with ad hoc requests and daily operations.
Coordinate with staff, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
Experience: 2–3 years in an accounting or administrative role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to multitask.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
