Job Summary:

The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and preparing accurate financial reports. The role requires strong analytical skills. accounting practices, such as cost accounting, inventory control, and taxation etc.

Key Responsibilities:

·         To Manage day to day accounts functions: general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and expense management

·         Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance Regards statutory requirements and internal policies

·         To Handle Analysis of cost accounting and inventory valuation In Perfection

·         Production Analysis and its costs, variances and provide actionable insights to the management Persual

·         To Maintain accurate records of raw material Purchased and finished goods inventory

·         Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements; file returns as needed

·         Coordinate with external auditors during internal and statutory audits

·         Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

·         In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax laws (especially GST)

·         Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing processes

·         Proficiency in Tally

·         Excellent Skills required for Excel and data analysis skills

·         Attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills

·         Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field B.Com /M com /MBA Finance is a plus)
