Urgent Requirement – Account cum Administrative Assistant (Male)
Location: Vadodara

Qualification Required:

• B.Com or M.Com (Mandatory)
  
  

• Good academic background in accounting and office management
  
  

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience working as an Account cum Administrative Assistant
  
  

• Preference will be given to candidates currently working or recently worked in a similar combined role
  
  

🛠 Technical & Functional Skills:

• Proficient in Tally (latest version)
  
  

• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles
  
  

• Familiar with billing, GST, voucher entry, ledger maintenance
  
  

• Experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word)
  
  

🗂 Nature of Work (Key Responsibilities):

• Maintain daily accounts and data entry in Tally
  
  

• Handle purchase & sales entries, GST records, and bank reconciliation
  
  

• Assist in day-to-day administrative operations
  
  

• Maintain office documentation, filing, and record management
  
  

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal staff for admin support
  
  

• Support management in preparing reports and managing office schedules
