Job Summary

The Assistant Accounts Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial record-keeping. The role includes handling GST & TDS filings, bank reconciliations, vendor/customer accounting, and assisting in audits and MIS reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ITC reconciliation

• Handling TDS deduction, challan payments, and return filing (24Q, 26Q)

• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)

• Recording daily accounting entries in Tally / ERP

• Vendor invoice booking, payment tracking, and ledger reconciliation

• Customer ledger maintenance and outstanding follow-ups

• Support during audits and statutory compliances

• Maintaining proper documentation and records

• Assisting in MIS reports and financial data preparation

Skills & Requirements

• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax

• Experience in Bank Reconciliation

• Proficiency in Busy Accounting Software

• Good command over MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Strong attention to detail and deadline management

Qualification & Experience

• B.Com / M.Com (Finance background preferred)

• 1–4 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
