1. Accounting, book keeping & cash handling for our construction sites at different locations in India. Job would require relocation to construction site location (s), where company accommodation is available but shall be non-family posting.
2. Accounting & cash maintenance for one or two construction projects.
3. All voucher making, posting in computer accounting software.
4. Making all accounting & store entries in BUSY software.
5. Making budget with site in charge, approval of budgets & their disbursement.
6. Payroll accounting.
7. Regular reporting of accounts & cash matters daily disbursement.
8. All local taxation related matters - liaison, reports, submission and approvals.
9. All monthly payments of house rental, security person, vehicle rental, equipment rental.
10. Raising bills to client with project head & all formalities for the same.
11. All insurance for persons, contract, equipment etc.
12. All R.T.O related issues of vehicle & their taxes.
