Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
Record day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments).
Support in preparation of invoices, debit/credit notes, and bank reconciliations.
Process expense claims, vendor payments, and petty cash transactions.
Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/quarterly accounts.
Support statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, and other tax filings.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of vouchers, bills, and supporting records.
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required.
Provide administrative support to the accounts team.
