Job Description: 

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and assist in tax compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in TDS, GST, and tax return filing, along with strong expertise in managing financial records and accounting processes. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping. 

• Prepare and file TDS returns and GST returns. 

• Assist in income tax return (ITR) filing for the organization or clients. 

• Reconcile accounts, prepare balance sheets, and assist in monthly/quarterly/year-end closing. 

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal financial policies. 

• Coordinate with auditors and management for financial reporting. 

• Analyze financial statements and provide actionable insights. 

Proficiencies / Skills Required for an Experienced Accounts Executive: 

An experienced candidate should be proficient in: 

• Accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar. 

• MS Excel: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis. 

• Handling bank reconciliations, ledger management, and journal entries. 

• Preparation of financial statements, P&L accounts, and balance sheets. 

• Filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns accurately and on time. 

• Payroll processing and related compliance (if applicable). 

• Understanding of tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance. 

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability.
