Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping:

   • Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.).

   • Maintain ledgers and assist in reconciling accounts.

   • Assist with data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.).

2. Bank & Payment Handling:

   • Prepare and process payments (online transfers, cheques, etc.).

   • Bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking.

3. Invoicing & Billing:

   • Prepare and issue invoices to clients.

   • Follow up on receivables and maintain customer payment records.

4. GST & Taxation:

   • Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns.

   • Help maintain records for TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

   • Organize and maintain accounting documents and records.

   • Assist in generating financial reports for internal review.

6. Audit & Compliance:

   • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

   • Ensure all records comply with legal and company regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

• 0–2 years of accounting experience (internship or full-time).

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.

• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks).

• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication and time management abilities.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

• Experience in a manufacturing or trading company is a plus.
