Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Record Keeping: Inputting financial transactions and maintaining accurate records within the Tally software.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Managing payments to suppliers and collections from customers.
Bank Reconciliation: Ensuring that bank statements match the company's records.
Financial Reporting: Preparing reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Budget Preparation: Assisting in the creation and monitoring of financial budgets.
Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends and patterns, and providing insights.
Export Documentation: Generating export invoices and handling related documentation.
Journal Entries: Recording financial transactions in the general ledger.
GST and Taxation: Managing Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other tax-related matters.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Tally Software: A strong understanding of Tally ERP9 or Tally Prime is essential.
Accounting Knowledge: A good grasp of accounting principles and practices.
Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends.
