🔹 Position: Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Professional to manage financial records, handle day-to-day accounting tasks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Responsibilities

1.Build and maintain client relationships

2.Manage day-to-day accounting operations including invoicing, billing, and bank reconciliations

3.Handle accounts payable/receivable and vendor reconciliations

4.Prepare monthly reports and assist in budgeting & forecasting

5.Support internal/external audits and ensure financial compliance

6.Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal teams

7.File GST, TDS, and other statutory returns

Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance).

2.Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of business experience.

3.Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.).

4.Strong written and verbal communication skills

5.Strong organizational skills

6.Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
