🎯 Role Objective

To manage end-to-end procurement and accounting functions at RoarX, ensuring that:

• All vendor POs and packaging material movement are tracked digitally

• Accounting entries are accurate, timely, and GST-compliant

• Marketplace payout reconciliation and inventory valuation are properly maintained

• The CEO and Operations Head always have financial and stock visibility

📋 Key Responsibilities

🛒 Procurement

• Raise Purchase Orders for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging

• Track pending POs, follow up with vendors for dispatch and billing

• Maintain records of packaging stock received and dispatched to factory

• Coordinate with warehouse team for inward accuracy and carton-wise GRN entry

📦 Vendor Invoice & GRN Management

• Collect, verify, and post all vendor invoices in Zoho Books

• Ensure invoice quantity matches system GRN (Goods Receipt Note)

• Maintain vendor payment tracker, including due dates, payment terms, and GST status

📚 Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts (Zoho Books)

• Post bills, purchase entries, and itemized inventory costing

• Track packaging consumption and internal cost mapping

• Handle TDS deduction and payment entries

📤 Marketplace Payout & GST Reconciliation

• Reconcile Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, and Blinkit payouts weekly using Unicommerce data

• Post commissions, TCS, ad spend, and final payout net values

• Prepare GST reports (GSTR-1, 3B draft) for CA or internal filing

• Monitor GST Input vs Output difference and alert for mismatches

📈 Inventory & Profitability Reporting

• Maintain live inventory costing models (FIFO or Weighted Avg)

• Assist management in monthly stock valuation

• Help build internal Gross Margin vs Net Margin tracking sheets

• Generate weekly and monthly financial health snapshots for CEO/Hemant

✅ Skills & Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts + Procurement roles (ecommerce preferred)

• Working knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally, or any modern cloud accounting tool

• Familiarity with Unicommerce or inventory software is a big plus

• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Purchase Cycle, Input Credit

• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Filters)

• Detail-oriented, proactive communicator, reliable with numbers
