We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle account reconciliation effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and record daily accounting transactions in a timely and accurate manner.

Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and client payments.

Prepare and maintain ledgers, invoices, and vouchers.

Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Support statutory audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Monitor outstanding payments and follow up as required.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes.

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.

Hands-on experience in account reconciliation.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, or similar).

Advanced MS Excel skills.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
