Job Summary:
NXT Skills is seeking a detail-oriented accounts executive to handle daily accounting tasks and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally ERP, advanced Excel, and working knowledge of TDS, GST, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally.

• Maintain accurate records of receipts, payments, and cash flow.

• Assist in preparing financial statements and reconciliations.

• Support the timely filing of TDS, GST, and other statutory returns.

• Process vendor and internal payments with proper documentation.

• Use Excel for data analysis and accurate reporting.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties as needed.

• Coordinate between vendors and clients for quotation discussions, negotiation, and regular follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).

• Working knowledge of TDS, GST, and accounting principles.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
