We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance professional to manage the company’s accounting and financial activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, financial reporting, and regulatory compliances. This role requires accuracy, analytical skills, and the ability to work under deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
Accounting & Bookkeeping:
Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
Record day-to-day financial transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Taxation & Compliance:
Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance.
Liaise with auditors and tax authorities when required.
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Perform variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Accounts Payable & Receivable Management:
Process vendor invoices, payments, and receipts.
Follow up on outstanding receivables and maintain ageing reports.
