Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and supporting the overall accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries and ledgers (manual & software-based – Tally preferred)

• Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable processes

• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers

• Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash

• Ensure timely GST filing, TDS returns, and statutory compliance

• Support monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports

• Assist in internal and external audits

• Maintain proper records and documentation for financial transactions

• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for billing-related queries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel (vlookup, pivot table, etc.)

• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles

• Good communication and time management skills

• Ability to handle work independently and meet deadlines
