Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our account team at La'forte Home Solutions Pvt Ltd. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity designed for freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of basic accounting experience who are eager to launch their careers in corporate finance.

In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting operations, learn to maintain accurate financial records, and assist with tax compliance under the guidance of seniors.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Bookkeeping: Accurately record daily financial transactions, including expenses, sales, and purchases, into the accounting system.

• Documentation & Filing: Maintain organized physical and digital records of invoices, receipts, vouchers, and bank statements.

• Accounts Support: Assist senior accountants with basic bank reconciliations, accounts payable (vendor payments), and accounts receivable tracking.

• Tax Compliance Support: Help compile necessary financial data and documentation required for timely GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings.

• Data Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial information with high integrity, ensuring secure backups and strict data confidentiality.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: Fresher (1 years) of internship or basic accounting experience.

• Technical Skills: • Basic understanding of standard accounting principles.

  • Familiarity with accounting software "Tally Prime" is a big plus.

  • Good hands-on knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, and formatting).
