Job Summary

We are hiring an Accounts Executive with at least 1.5 to 2 years of experience in Busy Accounting Software. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and responsible for managing daily financial and accounting operations.

Requirements

- Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of experience working on Busy software

- Strong knowledge of accounts, billing, GST handling, and general accounting practices

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent (preferred)

- Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently with attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily accounting entries in Busy software

- Prepare and manage stock billing and invoicing

- Carry out payment follow-ups with clients/customers

- Manage and file GST workings and returns

- Support in bank reconciliation and related accounting tasks

- Maintain accurate and updated financial records
