Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and payment follow-ups.
Prepare bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger postings.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets; report variances to management.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, and other departments for smooth financial operations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com/MBA/).
4-6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP, QuickBooks, or SAP.
Good knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, and TDS.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
