Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to

manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient

in Tally Prime, have a strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory

compliance, and be capable of maintaining accurate financial records and

documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

 Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in Tally Prime.

 Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and receipts.

 Reconcile bank statements and handle petty cash management.

 Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for financial records.

 Preparing data for GST returns on time.

 Calculate and deduct TDS, file TDS returns, and generate Form 16/16A.

Key Skills & Competencies:

 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

 Experience working in a CA firm will be preferred.

 Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Office (especially Excel).

 Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

 Good communication and organizational skills.
