### 🎯 Role Overview
The Accounts & Admin Officer will be responsible for handling the company’s ••financial transactions, payroll, vendor payments, and administrative functions••. This role ensures smooth day-to-day office management, accurate financial reporting, and compliance with company policies.

### 📌 Key Responsibilities
#### 1. Accounts & Finance
- Maintain daily accounts and bookkeeping (cash, bank, petty cash).
- Prepare invoices, vendor bills, and manage payments.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory filings with external CA/consultant.
- Monitor budget, expenses, and cost control for both office and factory.
#### 2. Payroll Support
- Prepare monthly salary sheets for ••office staff••.
- Coordinate with HR Officer for payroll compliance (PF/ESI, overtime, bonuses).
- Verify and process ••contractor’s bills (₹25/kg basis)•• for production wages.
#### 3. Administration & Office Management
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and utilities.
- Maintain company documents, employee files, and compliance records.
- Handle correspondence with vendors, clients, and government bodies.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office systems and infrastructure.
#### 4. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare monthly financial statements for management.
- Submit expense reports, petty cash statements, and reconciliations.
- Support Director/Management with financial analysis and projections.
#### 5. Coordination
- Work closely with HR, Production, and Quality Control teams for payments and records.
- Support auditors, tax consultants, and government inspectors with required data.
- Liaise with banks, vendors, and service providers for smooth operations.

### 🏆 Qualifications & Skills
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance or Accounts).
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting & administration.
- Knowledge of ••Tally / ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS••.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality in financial matters.
