Job Title: Admin cum Accounts Executive
Manage day-to-day office operations.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Assist in HR activities such as maintaining employee records and attendance.
Handle basic accounting tasks such as data entry, billing, invoicing, and bookkeeping.
Maintain petty cash and prepare cash reports.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
Manage TDS, GST filings, and bank reconciliations.
Coordinate with auditors and external consultants as required.
Proficiency in Hindi (must) and basic English.
Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, MS Excel.
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
