Job Description:
We are looking for a graduate Admin & Accounts Executive with around 3 years of experience to manage day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should reside near our office location and be ready to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to manager on day to day accounting records.
Maintain and update daily accounting records in Tally Prime
Handle data entry, invoicing, and ledger reconciliation
Prepare and maintain petty cash, sales, and purchase records
Manage and track accounts payable/receivable
Coordinate office administration, documentation, and filing work
Prepare Excel sheets, MIS reports, and maintain Word documents
Coordinate with CA, vendors, and clients when required
Ensure timely follow-ups and record keeping of all financial data
Key Requirements:
Graduate (Commerce background preferred)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Word
Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance
Good communication and organizational skills
Must reside nearby office location
Immediate joining preferred
