Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance

• Maintain and update financial records including transactions, vendor payments, and reimbursements.

• Manage daily accounting operations using tools like Tally, Zoho Books, or similar software.

• Handle accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, and timely GST filings.

• Prepare monthly reports on cash flow, expenses, and profitability.

• Oversee budget tracking for shoots, events, and internal departments.

• Coordinate with external accountants or auditors for financial compliance and tax filings.
  
  Inventory Management

  • Oversee stock movement and inventory accuracy across production units, warehouse, and retail/storefronts.

  • Record and reconcile inward/outward stock for all sales and supply channels (e-commerce, retail, direct sales, etc.).

  • Conduct regular physical stock audits and resolve discrepancies with system records.

  • Work with production and operations teams to forecast stock requirements and manage reordering cycles.

  • Monitor material consumption, procurement timelines, and potential wastage.
