Job Title: Accountant

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Description:

Orange Family Wedding Store, a leading name in the wedding retail industry in Pathanamthitta, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare daily sales and expense reports

• Manage GST filings and other statutory compliance

• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow

• Assist with inventory and stock audits

• Coordinate with management on budgeting and financial planning

• Ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field

• 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred (Freshers with good knowledge may also apply)

• Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other office tools

• Good understanding of GST and basic tax compliance

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
