We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support monthly and yearly financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare and post journal entries

• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliance

• Generate invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding dues

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Assist in internal and external audits

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain and organize financial documents for easy retrieval and audit readiness

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payments and financial documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred)

• 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience

• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or any standard accounting software

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Language know Kannada, English, Hindi.

Preferred:

• Experience in handling payroll, PF/ESI filings (optional based on organization)

• Exposure to working in a corporate or multi-branch accounting environment

Working Hours:

 Monday to Saturday – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Accounts Manager / Finance Head
