Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt, Journal).
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, supporting vouchers, and ledger entries.
Handle accounts payable and receivable with timely follow-ups.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor statements, and customer accounts.
Assist in monthly, quarterly & yearly closing of books.
Manage GST filing data, TDS working, and other statutory compliance support.
Prepare reports such as cash flow, outstanding report, stock report, and expense statements.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions.
Support management with financial data, MIS reports, and analysis.
