Job Purpose:

The Accounts Executive is responsible for the management of all accounts aspects which is including process and transaction of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute responsibly and adhere to relevant laws, regulations and corporate obligations in terms of financial aspects.

• Accounts payable and Receivable.

• Billing & Invoicing.

• knowledge in TDS, TCS, GST, IT Returns.

• Ledger maintenance 7 Journal entries.

• Must have knowledge in Tally, Tally ERP, Tally ERP 9, Tally Prime.

• Guide management of Project Budgets, Cost to Complete, Cash Inflow/Outflow, CostControl, Project Terms & Finance across construction projects.

• Standardise & streamline all financial processes.

• Preparation of financial reports, monthly project reports.

• Analyse Pre/Post Calc and implement improvements.

• Single point of contact for all Cost Control and Transactional processes.

• Close cooperation with all stakeholders.

• Support to Management with related reporting.

Qualification:

• B.com or M.com from an accredited university.

• Fresher or Intership experience in finance and accounting roles.

• Professional certifications like Tally

• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil& Malayalam and teamwork abilities.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Competencies:

• Strong finance/accounting background with reporting and reconciliation skills.

• Should be proficient in end to end accounts & compliance.

• Should be a responsible staff, team cooperative

• Good communication skills in English, Tamil & Malayalam.

• Ability to quickly understand new processes and work to improve them.

• Advanced MS Office skills, in particular Microsoft Excel and Power Point.

• Structured approach to problem solving.

• Good understanding of project management principals and construction.
