Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support dayto-day financial operations at our Lucknow facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong

knowledge of accounting principles, TDS, GST compliance, and proficiency in Tally. This role

is vital to ensuring accurate financial recordkeeping and smooth execution of statutory

requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Voucher Entry and Documentation

• Record day-to-day financial transactions using Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime

• Invoicing & generating e-way bills

• Prepare and maintain job work challans and delivery challans

• Taxation & Compliance

• Calculate and process TDS and GST payments

• Prepare GSTR annual returns and ensure adherence to all statutory compliances

• Reconciliation & Cash Handling

• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)

• Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate logs

• Generating MIS reports

• Prepare bills receivable and payable reports for monthly and annual tracking

• Maintain timely follow-up and documentation for both vendor and customer

accounts

Required Qualifications

• Education:

• B.Com or M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or related fields

• Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience as an accountant in a manufacturing or

trading environment

• Software Expertise:

• Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime (Mandatory)

• MS Excel and MS Word

• Skills:

• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting standards

• Excellent organizational, record-keeping, and documentation abilities

• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
