Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and other reports.
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and invoicing.
Monitor cash flows and prepare monthly reports for management.
Assist with audits and coordinate with internal/external auditors.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Prepare tax returns and assist with year-end closing.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter preferred).
Proven experience in accounting (1–5 years).
Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
