Job Title: Plant Accountant (Admin & HR Executive)

Location: Plant Site

Key Responsibilities:

HR & Admin:

• Handle employee onboarding and document collection.

• Maintain attendance and guide staff on HR policies.

• Maintain registers: Wages, Attendance, Accident, Visitors, OT, etc.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, and ESIC.

Accounts & Compliance:

• Manage inward material and coal records.

• Verify and process invoices, coordinate with purchase team.

• Handle petty cash, maintain records, and summaries.

• Collect, verify, and maintain tax invoices from vendors.

SAP Business One:

• Enter PRs, GRNs, Goods Issue Notes, and Branch Transfers.

Customer & Bank Coordination:

• Manage steam invoice printing and collection.

• Collect cheques from customers, send copies to HO, and deposit to bank.
