Job Overview:

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing key client accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and fostering relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and a passion for helping clients achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and ensure all requirements are met.

• Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and upselling services to existing clients.

• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to address client needs.

• Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship.

• Maintain accurate records of client communications, meetings, and sales activity in the CRM system.

• Provide post-sale support and troubleshoot any issues the clients may encounter.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales or customer relationship role.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

• Goal-oriented, with a passion for exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
