Job Description:

Spanacross IT Solution Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Income Tax Filing Executive to join our finance and compliance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling income tax filing processes for individuals and businesses in accordance with the latest tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for individuals, HUFs, and businesses

Reviewing client financial documents (Form 16, AIS/TIS, bank statements, etc.)

Ensuring timely and accurate filing of returns before deadlines

Handling tax computation, deductions, rebates, and exemptions

Managing Form 26AS reconciliation and responding to tax notices if any

Coordinating with clients for data collection and clarification

Staying updated on changes in tax rules and filing requirements

Assisting in TDS returns, advance tax calculations, and related tasks

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field

Working knowledge of income tax laws and filing portals (Income Tax e-filing portal, TRACES, etc.)

Proficient in MS Excel and tax software (like ClearTax, TaxSpanner, or similar)

Good communication and client coordination skills

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred:

Experience with GST, TDS, and ROC filings is a plus
