Job Title: Accountant

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with 4-5 years of hands-on expertise in GST, TDS, billing, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Reconcile accounts payable/receivable, vendor, and customer accounts.

·        Prepare and file GST returns and perform GST reconciliations (GSTR-2A/2B).

·        Manage GST registration, invoicing, and ensure accurate input tax credit claims.

·        Basic knowledge to Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS as per applicable rates and regulations.

·        Verify supporting documents for all invoices and ensure timely processing and payment.

·        Prepare and review journal entries, maintain ledgers, and support month-end and year-end closing.

·        Maintain accurate records for statutory payments (GST, TDS, Professional Tax, etc.).

·        Ensure all documents and vouchers are properly maintained and distributed within the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (Inter CA, CA/CMA semi-qualified preferred)

• 4-5 years of relevant accounting experience, with proven expertise in GST, TDS, billing, and invoicing.

• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
