Register and manage company profile on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal.
Monitor daily tenders, bids, RFQs, and opportunities on the GeM portal.
Analyze eligibility, scope, and requirements of each tender.
Prepare and submit bids (technical and financial) within the deadline.
Upload and manage product/service catalog on the GeM portal.
Ensure compliance with GeM portal guidelines and procurement policies.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, technical) for bid documentation.
Respond to buyer queries and clarification requests on the portal.
Participate in reverse auctions and price negotiations as needed.
Track tender status, corrigendums, and results.
Maintain and update all required certifications (e.g., MSME, ISO, GST, PAN, etc.).
Maintain records of submitted tenders, outcomes, and feedback.
Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and payment follow-ups post-tender award.
Stay updated with latest changes, updates, and features of the GeM portal.
Train and assist team members in using the GeM portal effectively.
