Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, ensure compliance with accounting regulations, and support decision-making through accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts including journals, ledgers, and reconciliations.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.

• Ensure timely recording of invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.

• Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Reconcile bank statements and oversee cash flow management.

• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.

• Co-ordinate with clients and vendors for payments and TDS adjustments.

• Maintain proper documentation and records as per company policies and statutory requirements.

• Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.
