Job Title: Accountant And Account Manager

Location: Mohali, Punjab
Industry: Real Estate

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Accounting
Education: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent
Salary: 30,000/- to 40,000/- (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger entries, invoicing, and reconciliations.

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow forecasts.

• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control strategies.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks as required.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal financial controls.

• Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems for all accounting transactions.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a real estate or construction company.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

• Good understanding of project accounting, real estate financial reporting, and asset management.
