Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Accountant for our Tours & Travels company who can manage all financial transactions, tour billing, vendor payments, and maintain accurate travel expense records. The ideal candidate should have experience handling accounts in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily financial records for bookings, payments, and refunds.

• Handle customer invoices and receipts for tour packages and transportation services.

• Manage vendor and hotel payments with proper documentation.

• Reconcile daily cash, bank, and credit card transactions.

• Prepare monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and expense reports.

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other taxation requirements.

• Coordinate with management for budgeting and cost control.

• Maintain accurate records of advance payments and commissions.

• Support audit activities and financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

• Experience with Tally ERP or travel accounting software.

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and travel billing processes.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the Tours & Travels sector preferred.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
