KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining financial records:

This involves accurately recording all financial transactions, both in physical files and digital databases. 

• Processing invoices and payments:

Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices from vendors and making necessary payments. 

• Accounts payable and receivable:

Managing the flow of money in and out of the company, including tracking payments to suppliers and collecting payments from customers. 

• Reconciling accounts:

Balancing bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. 

• Preparing financial documents:

Creating and updating expense reports, purchase orders, and other financial documents as needed. 

• Data entry and updating:

Inputting financial data into accounting systems and ensuring all records are up-to-date.
