Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, handling invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

• Process invoices, payments, collection and expenses.

• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Proven experience in a similar accounting role.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Excel).

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
