Accounts Assistant – Rathod Garment House (Wholesale Garment Business, Mysuru)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our family-owned wholesale garment business, Rathod Garment House, established for over 37 years and serving 1000+ retailers in Mysuru and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and voucher entries (sales, purchase, receipts, credit notes)

- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in Tally Prime/Tally erp 9

- Assist in banking operations, payments, deposits, and reconciliations

- Prepare and update GST and other statutory records as per compliance requirements

- Generate regular financial reports for management review

- Manage billing and invoicing activities for wholesale orders

- Support inventory management and stock entries when required

- Coordinate with internal departments and retailers on payments and account queries

- Provide administrative assistance in office documentation

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, billing, and basic computer operations

- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Office (Excel, Word)

- Basic understanding of GST, sales vouchers, banking, and reconciliation

- Good communication skills (Kannada, Hindi, basic English preferred)

- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently

- Experience in wholesale/retail environment is a plus

Location:

Rathod Garment House,

Uma talkies road, near gandhi square Mysuru (Office-based role)

Work Hours:

10:30 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Salary:

15000-18000

As per industry standards and experience.
