JD for Accountant

Position: Accountant
Location: Science city
Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including entries in Tally/ERP.

• Handle accounts payable & receivable and maintain proper records.

• Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements.

• Support in GST, TDS and other tax-related filings.

• Assist in monthly closing of accounts, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations.

• Maintain petty cash and expense tracking.

• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice verification and vendor payments.

• Support senior accountants in audit and compliance-related work.

• Generate MIS reports as required.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances.

• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / SAP / any accounting software.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
