We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting tasks for both e-commerce platforms (Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon) and offline sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of GST, e-commerce reconciliations, returns, TCS/TDS, and inventory tracking.
Download and reconcile order reports, payment settlements, and return data.
Match invoices with payments received from e-commerce platforms.
Track deductions like commission, TCS, TDS, shipping charges, and penalty charges.
Maintain product-wise profitability reports.
Reconcile returns (customer and courier returns).
File GST returns with proper input from e-commerce sales.
Coordinate with portal support teams in case of disputes or payment issues.
Manage sales and purchase entries in accounting software (Tally or similar).
Generate and manage invoices for B2B and B2C clients.
Maintain ledger of vendors and customers.
Record and reconcile cash and bank transactions.
Monitor stock/inventory in coordination with the warehouse team.
Assist in payroll, petty cash, and expense management.
Maintain GST-compliant records.
Calculate and file TDS returns (if applicable).
Prepare reports for auditors during audits.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
Experience in Tally, accounting software.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and e-commerce settlement reports.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage time and multitask efficiently.
Experience in working with e-commerce sellers or marketplaces.
Knowledge of return and dispute handling in e-commerce portals.
