Job Title: Accountant

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the financial records of our Gym and Salon. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Busy software and possess strong knowledge of basic accounting and calculations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations

Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in Busy software

Handle accounts payable and receivable

Prepare and reconcile daily/weekly/monthly reports

Maintain petty cash and expense tracking

Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other compliance-related documents

Monitor invoices, receipts, and payments

Ensure proper record-keeping of salon and gym revenue and expenses

Requirements

Proven experience as an Accountant (preferably in service industry)

Proficiency in Busy accounting software

Strong understanding of accounting principles and basic financial calculations

Knowledge of MS Excel and other basic computer applications

Attention to detail and accuracy in work

Good communication and organizational skills

Education

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
