About Us:

We are a leading firm in security, automation, and IT solutions, dealing in CCTV systems, biometric attendance, smart automation, fire & intrusion alarms, GPS tracking, telecom EPBX, and related products. To support our finance and operations team, we are looking for a Junior Accountant / Accounts Assistant to manage day-to-day accounts and assist in billing and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing bills, invoices, and vouchers.

• Support stock and inventory management with proper records.

• Enter financial transactions in accounting software (Tally/ERP).

• Maintain accounts receivable/payable ledgers.

• Assist senior accountant with GST returns, TDS, and ITR-related documentation.

• Reconcile bank entries, petty cash, and vendor payments.

• Prepare basic financial reports for management.

• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

• 0–2 years of accounting experience (freshers with knowledge can apply).

• Basic knowledge of billing, stock management, and taxation.

• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting basics.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
