Job Description – Accountant

Company: Leading Manufacturer of Industrial Garments
Position: Accountant
Location: Mulund West, Mumbai
Salary: Around ₹20,000/- per month
Working Days: 6 days a week
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

• Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and receipts.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure proper ledger management.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

• Support internal and external audits.

• Monitor company expenses and suggest cost-control measures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting (manufacturing/garment industry experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles.

• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
